Multi-Age Classroom
Central to the Montessori method is the multi-aged classroom, where children can work as both the student and the teacher. Children enter the classroom as pupils, learn to work as peers, and graduate as mentors.
Prepared Environment
Our classroom is prepared so that students can engage with materials at their own pace. The traditional Sensorial, Mathematic, & Language materials are constant, while the Cultural & Practical Life lessons cycle through based on student interest and time of year.
Child-Led Learning
Our curriculum is developed around the child’s interests and abilities. Children are allowed to roam freely through the space, choose appropriately curated works, and study new lessons with the guidance of their Montessori instructors.
