Substitute & Internship Opportunities
As a micro-school with a Montessori philosophy, we have a unique opportunity for education students & substitutes to experience the diverse range of teaching methods. While most shadowing happens in more traditional schools, the opportunity to see the Montessori method in action at a micro-school can help future teachers & current substitutes discover alternative styles of education. Note: Iris Montessori operates as a 12-month school and can accommodate year-round, school-year, and summertime internships. We will require a background check for any interns & substitutes as noted under DHS rules & regulations.
