Enrollment Procedures
Note: Our enrollment is limited to toilet-trained children who are between 30 months and 6 years of age. If you would like to enroll a child younger than 30 months on our waitlist, please attend an open house and complete a waitlist form. As a micro-school, we cannot guarantee a particular number on the waitlist.
Schedule a tour of the school or attend an open house with child. Discuss school policies and regulations with directors. Be informed about teaching methods, school schedules, & tuition payment. Fill out an initial waitlist form with directors.
If offered a spot after initial application, fill out the registration & health forms. Return these with registration fee & arrange for payment of tuition.
Read the family handbook & sign acknowledgment form.
Sign & submit the photo release form.
The registration form gives the school required information about child and family. It is an application for enrollment, a health form, and agreement for tuition payment. Registration must be renewed each year. The tuition & fees schedule form states all tuition policies. Tuition payments are to be made in full for the year or on a semi-annual, quarterly, or monthly basis as arranged.
The signing of registration and handbook forms affirms that you have received, understand, and agree to all information about Iris Montessori as it is given to you in the family handbook, the registration form, and the tuition policies. State regulations require a Child Wellness Exam be performed before starting school as well as updating all immunizations. A record of both must be submitted to the school prior to start date.
